Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a Telehealth Facilitator. 2 years of experience in the medical/nursing home/behavioral health field preferred.

Job Type: Part Time - 2 days per week

2 half days = 4 to 5 hours per day

8-10 hours total
Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating appointment scheduling
• Ensuring telehealth equipment is working properly.
• Timely connection to telehealth appointments
• Facilitation of telehealth connection between client and provider
• Customer Service responsibilities

Requirements

• Current Covid-19 Vaccination w/ Boosters complete.
• Flu Vaccination
• BLS
• TB Test
• CPR/AED Certificate
• Experience operating tablets, computers, and other electronic devices.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent documentation/writing skills.
• Ability to meet company deadlines.
