Title: Training and Services Coordinator
Location: Longmont, CO
Duration: 12 months +
Overview A brief overview of your facility and what you produce- We engineer and build control system solutions for the Power Generation industry using state-of-the-art Speedtronic control systems. Our function is responsible for training our customers how to best use our solutions/platform to manage their assets to improve productivity and reduce down time.
Responsibilities Allocation Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for Nexus Controls business:
- Student registration process
- Support Instructors on loading and managing Course Content and updates
- Ensuring Course Schedule Accuracy
- Update system with customer evaluation forms for accurate NPS
Maintain the Global LMS schedule, and coordinate with the team (this is the main task):
- Customer Student Open Enrollment & Internal Student Open Enrollment
Attend and help facilitate Staff Calls with Region Training Managers (RTMs):
- Weekly Schedule/Resource Review and Weekly Risk Review
Website Management & LMS Alignment:
- LMS is linked to Website
- Manage Website content & training offerings updates and sustain
Work with RTMs to issue requested Purchase Orders (PO) in assistance with internal/external training
Work with sub-contractor relationships:
- Receive Quotes (sub-contractors)
- Initiate Workflows for Purchase Order
- Invoice Receive
- Mark orders Good Received (GR) in SAP
- Be the focal point for payment resolutions
RTM Admin Support on following:
- Equipment logistics support for instructors (shipping, tracking, receiving)
- Assist Instructors for Printing Manuals Process Ownership (pcard or otherwise)
- Assist instructors for printing Student Certificates
- Coordinate Customer Student Give-aways
- Assist RTMs with facility coordination
- Ensure timely closure of training projects by tracking full completion documentations from instructors (attendance sheets, completion certificates, student certificates)
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical and computer systems to handle electrical parts safely and keep track of calibration records.
Required Qualifications - High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the administrative field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SAP
- Performs a variety of administrative functions: schedules appointments, composes memos, researches and creates presentations, generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
Competencies Required - Professional demeanor and excellent phone and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively on a team or as an individual.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
Additional Information - Onsite / Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm
- No travel required
