Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO), which is aligned under Consumer and Community Banking, provides a wide range of global operational support and services for retail, commercial, treasury, asset wealth management and credit card customers. CTO has approximately 3,500 employees.

Ideas. CTO is composed of six core operating functions: Acquisition and Image Services, Service and Resolution, Payment Services, Banker Support, Card Fulfillment, and Global
Document Services. Within CTO, these groups are supported by Performance Consulting and Strategy & Planning. This position is responsible to enhance the customer experience through researching and finalizing Chase ATM related customer claims, ATM deposit processing cash outages,
And ATM deposit processing diverted items. It requires the use of various software (including Microsoft Office), web based, and mainframe applications. Communication, in both written and verbal formats with various Retail and CTO departments, of the results of research efforts within established service level agreements will be necessary. Additionally, the position may require some direct telephone contact with customers regarding filed claims. The successful candidate will also fill in as needed in various capacities outside of the daily workflow. Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Four or more years banking experience in a research oriented position with potential customer impact is ideal.
• Extensive understanding of bank accounting and ability to perform higher math functions is required.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem solving skills and ability to deliver results under urgent circumstances (when necessary) are a must.
• Must be able to follow a defined process to complete the daily work and make suggestions to improve the process, as necessary.
