- Set up contractors in ATOM software for turnarounds daily cost tracking
- Track daily labor, materials, and equipment cost in ATOM
- Generate purchase requisition and manage purchase orders from open to close
- Reconcile and approve vendor invoices
- Liaise between maintenance team, supply chain management, and contracts group, as necessary
- Involved with the implementation of new cost related software specific to TAR cost control processes
- Train others on daily responsibilities
- Support the TAR planning and execution teams’ project specific duties such as budgeting and quote analysis assistance
- Other responsibilities as needed
Skills Required
- A minimum of 5 years’ administrative or data tracking experience in oil and gas or petrochemical projects or turnarounds
- Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite financial module is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Able to manage assignments individually or in a collaborative team setting
- Ability to develop and foster effective working relationships with internal work groups and outside contractors
- Ability to work in a fast paced and sometime stressful environment where processes are always evolving and improving
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School degree or GED is required
