Vehicle Operator

Adecco’s client in North Austin is seeking a Forklift Operator for a 5-6 month contract.  Job Description
This associate will work with a small warehouse crew. Ability to drive a sit-down or stand up forklift (one year experience). Able to follow instructions and take initiative. Qualifications:
A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
Sit down/stand up Forklift Operator one year experience. Responsibilities:
Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
Manual lifting up to 50 lbs often throughout the shift.
Able to stand for eight hour shift. Work Hours M-F 7:30 am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm Pay $20/hr
Dress Code  Casual but appropriate wear; Steel toe boots; PPE & shirt provided. Education Requirements. High school diploma or GED required, must be listed on all resumes.
Assessment Requirements Forklift Assessment Background Requirements:
MUST HAVE a valid driver’s license, NO EXCEPTIONS. Must be able to pass a background and drug screen, NO EXCEPTIONS. Call or email resume to for immediate consideration.
