Job Summary:

This leader ensures that assigned business operations are efficient and effective. You will establish strong relationships with clients and team members identifying profit opportunities and developing strategic plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Champion a culture of collaboration, team building, development, and recognition of commitment to excellence

Develops and directs business to achieve high performers who exemplify the core values and align to shared vision of success
Create and foster innovative ideas while delegating and planning these activities with management team
Identify and leverage sales opportunities as well as support new business activities
Oversee labor efficiency, quality, service, and customer & client satisfaction and retention
Achieve organizational and client goals while ensuring alignment while hitting financial targets
Builds a culture connected to metrics, leverages data, and implement planned strategies
Implements strategies with operational management, excellence, and client satisfaction

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience with food service operations, catering, and prospecting/presenting new potential clients
Demonstrated Contract Food Service experience, Higher Education highly preferred
Culinary/Menu planning/Execution experience preferred
Demonstrated adeptness to lead, empower, and grow a team
Proficiency in managing and scaling business and support continual change management
Results driven and ability to multi-task and manage tasks on hand with constant interruptions
Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability, and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy
Must be able to make business decisions based on financial reports and evaluate data properly
