Volt is immediately hiring Warehouse Workers for a local leading organization in Delano, MN.

We have job openings on 1st shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
This is a Full-time position!
As an Warehouse worker you will:

• May use tools such as but not limited to: hand tools, pneumatic air tools, assembly jigs and fixtures
• Inspects, tests, and adjusts completed unit to ensure that it meets specifications, tolerances.
• Move and maintain physical inventory quantities and validate against perpetual
• Learn packaging and shipping duties as a back up
• Monitor and process cycle counts and track progress of cycle count schedule.
• Performs minor machine maintenance and preventative checklist.
• Welding experience is a plus!

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read work flow diagrams and prints.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• May be required to lift/move up to 50 pounds independently
• 1-2 year welding certificate from college or technical school

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Assembly
• ERP system
• Forklift
• Welding
• Brazer
• Robot Welding
• Machine Operator
• TIG Welding

Pay: for this position is $17.00-$24.00 an hour!
