Your New Role: As a Warehouse Worker at ALLRED, you'll be the backbone of our operations. Here's what you'll be tackling:

• Shipping and Receiving: You'll handle the heart of our inventory flow, ensuring all shipments go out on time and the incoming goods are accounted for.
• Inventory Maintenance: Stay on top of our stock levels to ensure we're never caught short.
• Forklift Operations: Safely maneuver through aisles of possibilities, moving materials where they need to go.
• Order Fulfillment: From picking to packing, make sure our customers get what they ordered, perfectly packaged every time.
• Administrative Mastery: Handle the nitty-gritty details with your computer skills, keeping our systems up-to-date and accurate.

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations such as shipping and receiving is highly desired
• Forklift certification 
• Clean driving record and comfortable driving in the Auburn, Fife, and Tacoma areas
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Computer literate with experience in warehouse management software is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional late shifts until the shop closes (6-7 pm)
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Show up sharp and dress to impress
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
