Responsibilities
• Prepare, record, and submit warranty claims to factory and/or distributor • Reconcile warranty claims and ensure 100% compliance with policies and procedures • Inform Service Manager of non-compliance areas and status on warranty claims
Requirements
• Up to one year experience as an automotive dealer warranty administrator • Automotive mechanical repair knowledge • General working knowledge of automobiles and their systems • Math and writing skills • Interpersonal communication and customer service skills • Current driver's license • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen • Professional appearance and demeanor • High school diploma
