Wire Saw Operator- Rockford, TN,

Description :

Friday - Sunday, 12 hours per shift and be paid for 40 hours equivalent.

Operate manual and/or computer controlled saws (ID, wire, C&C) to cut LSO crystal material from boules and/or slabs.
Install rollers as needed
Service and maintenance of all saws.
Evaluate and log sawing failure rates for trend analysis
Additional duties include bonding material to be cut.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds



Qualifications/Basic Position Requirements: (education, experience, licenses, etc.)
Machinist apprentice or mechanical QC experience preferred.
Basic Machining skills required
3 years experience in the use of dial indicators, calipers and other machine measuring tools.
Must be able to read detailed mechanical drawings.
Basic computer operational skills required.
Attention to documentation detail is a necessity.
