Administrative Assistant About the Opportunity The College of Social Sciences and Humanities (CSSH) is a leader in the Experiential Liberal Arts. Responsibilities : The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs. Duties include organizing and scheduling meetings (including for the School Director), managing and troubleshooting meeting technology, maintaining office equipment and spaces, generating purchase orders, reconciling expenses, email communications, filing, mail sorting, answering department telephones, and ordering office supplies. The Administrative Assistant will assist with events, including workshops, conferences, and seminars as required. The Administrative Assistant is an integral member of the Policy School and must share a commitment to the School's core values of collaboration, communication, inclusion, and community.
