Assistant Manager - Construction

Responsibilities:

• Visiting job sites to assist with the start of projects and ensure quality control.
  
• Acting in a professional manner, as a representative of the CertaPro Brand on site.
  
• Acting as a liaison between the production team and the field staff, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
  
• Supporting the Production Manager in day-to-day operations, keeping the production process running smoothly.
  
• Handling urgent issues or conflicts that may arise, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  
• Serving as a point of contact for problem-solving and resolution.
  
• Helping in building a positive team culture and collaborative work environment.
  
• Displaying proficiency in using technical equipment and troubleshooting any tech-related issues in the field.
  
• Maintaining great people skills and customer service abilities to nourish positive relationships with clients and field staff.
  
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience verifiable through references.
• Honest, hardworking, and customer-focused character
• A great attitude
• Background check
• Valid driver's license
