Established property management company is growing and seeks an Assistant Property Manager with at least two years experience to grow with us. Primary duties include assisting licensed managers with an established portfolio(s) of residential properties including community associations, co-ops and rentals. This position will evolve into the right hire overseeing a growing portfolio of their own. Team-oriented, professional and friendly working environment. Property management software knowledge is a plus, but we will train. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Benefits package.
