Attorney-General Liability Senior Associate

THE POSTITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a General Liability Senior Associate to join our Greensboro office. The firm has a robust mentoring program that serves to assist our associates in their professional and business development.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years of litigation experience conducting discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in North Carolina, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, premises liability, product liability, transportation and/or insurance defense.
