Conduct interviews and collaborate with agents to bring in exceptional talent.
Guide new agents through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Team Building and Leadership: Nurture a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and excellence.
Provide mentorship and support to enhance agent skills and boost productivity.
Implement training initiatives to enhance the performance of the entire team.
Agent Success and Productivity: Establish performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
Work closely with agents to identify areas for improvement and offer constructive feedback.
Leverage technology to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
Business Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies.
Identify market opportunities to expand our reach and profitability.
Stay abreast of industry trends to make informed business decisions.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader.
Demonstrated track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing agents.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of real estate market trends and best practices.
Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
