What You Will Be Doing

Our team of electricians performs work throughout Utah and Idaho, focusing on commercial, residential, and industrial projects of all sizes.
**This position is open to apprentice-level and Journeyman electricians.**Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.
Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment or to heat or move materials, such as asphalt.
Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures.
Adhere to safety practices and procedures, such as checking equipment regularly and erecting barriers around work areas.
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Need for this Position

High school degree or GED equivalent
At least one year of electrical experience
Apprentice-level applicants must be enrolled in a certified electrical schooling program, or do so within 60 days of hire.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work long hours outdoors in all types of weather, and move/lift at least 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
Must be willing to comply with regular drug screenings - commercial electrician
