Compliance Manager

Position Overview: The Contracts & Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing contract compliance and payroll processes for Civil and Construction projects. The Manager will ensure that all relevant procedures and regulations are adhered to, and that appropriate documents are filed and/or kept accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee contracts and compliance processes for Civil and Construction projects.
• Analyze the contract documents to ensure that the project scope is fulfilled by all contractors in accordance with the terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with project managers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the requirements of the contract are being met.
• Monitor all relevant procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage the preparation of payroll documents as required by law.
• Maintain accurate records and files of all contractual documents.
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of any changes in contracts or compliance requirements.
• Provide advice and support to the project teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Resolve any contract or compliance related disputes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in contract management and compliance, preferably in Civil and Construction projects.
• Excellent understanding of contract law and related regulations.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and processes.
