Concrete Finishers

Adecco has partnered with one of our favorite clients for a direct hire opportunity!!!! With the home office right outside of down town and servicing the greater Columbus Area we are looking for multiple Concrete Finishers. With pay ranging from $25/hr- $30/hr and amazing benefits.

Must have 5-10 years of Commercial Construction Experience

Job Description: Finishers “Commercial experience 5-10 years”
Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Directing the concrete trucks, concrete pumps for the placement of concrete for slab on grade, slab on metal decks, and site concrete.

• Pouring and placement of concrete using a laser screed, laser, rake, floats, and trowel machines.

• Monitoring the effects of the concrete on the finishing and curing process.

• Polishing of concrete surface using a walk behind and double trowel machines for achieving specified floor flatness and levelness.

• Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including magic screed, cutting saws, and edging tools.

• Applying sealing and hardening components per specifications.

• Setting edge forms for concrete placement, would include forming isolations, bulkheads, construction joints, and perimeter forms at openings or edge of slab.

• Also be willing to work on foundations, slab prep, site prep, installing rebar, setting wall panels, setting edge forms, stone base, wire mesh, poly, and pouring.

• Following OSHA safety regulations
