Job Description - Concrete Pipe Sales Representative

County Materials Corporationis a leading manufacturer and trusted industry resource for concrete construction and landscape products. We are seeking a Concrete Pipe Sales Representative for our customer, County Materials in Appleton, WI. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Concrete Pipe Sales Representatives are responsible for engaging contractors and municipalities, as well as architects, designers, and specifying professionals to grow market share and strengthen County Materials position in concrete construction products within a defined territory. A concrete pipe sales representative is responsible for maintaining/growing existing customer account activity, building relationships, creating new business, and driving specified product sales. This sales position ensures that company sales, pricing, and revenue goals are successfully achieved. Job Duties: Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenueWorking in conjunction with local, regional, and national promotional effortsIdentifying and prospecting for new customers and documenting in Project Management softwareAnalyzing market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in marketPreparing sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetingsCreating lunch presentations and to providing regular training sessions to cover product introductions and technical information to current and future client Work Environment: Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather Physical Requirements: Ability to handle samples and product up to 50 lbs. Experience & Qualifications: Associates OR Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience, training and educationThree years related experienceWorking knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM, PM)Effective training and presentation skillsEffective time management skillsHigh sales aptitude, self-motivatedAbility to analyze situation and identify opportunities for successEffective decision making and problem-solving skillsEffective team interaction skills with high aptitude for collaboration with colleaguesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong mathematical skillsWork independently, with little supervisionValid drivers license and a good driving record is a must Central Processing Corporation connects candidates with rewarding careers in concrete manufacturing, an industry thats growing faster than most.
