Construction Financial Cost Control Analyst

Manage a portfolio of medium to large construction projects and function as a liaison with the Cost Control and the project leadership team. Provide insights into project costs and help identify, and pro-actively provide solutions to project issues. Responsible for managing the maintenance of various budgeting, change order, cost tracking/analysis/reporting and invoicing processes. Effective communication skills across a broad spectrum of departments Self-motivated & self-starting Nice to haves: Experience with Rules of Credit and Earned Value Measurement Systems Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction management Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Business Prior experience with CMiC Accounting software Prior experience with Oracle Textura invoicing software Walbridge is an equal opportunity employer with a culture that promotes diversity in the workforce.
