Job Description

AECOM is currently pursuing an experienced  Construction Project Manager to support various projects located within the New York, NY area. 

• Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies
• Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization
• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends
• Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
• May have budget responsibilities
• Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization
• Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction
• Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering with 8 years of management experience in a related role or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Transit and Transportation Experience

Preferred

Qualifications

:

• NY NJ Metro Agency Experience 
• 10+ years of related experience 
• Experience with and knowledge of New York City DOT procedures and practices

Salery position: Offered rate of compensation (NYC locations only) will be based on individual education,

, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $240,000.
