Construction Project Associate

We seek a highly skilled Construction Project Associate with strong estimating abilities to oversee and manage our construction projects from conception to completion.

 

Construction Project Associate Benefits:

Construction Project Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field: preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in prefab steel project management
• Experience in estimating and cost management
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software and tools
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities – team player

Construction Project Associate Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Accurately estimates costs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Lead project teams of architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
