Construction Project Manager

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for all facets of assigned construction projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing the entire project life-cycle, including scheduling, budgeting, estimation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. This position will require a high degree of collaboration with other departments, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including objectives, scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and staffing needs
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and team members to ensure successful execution of all phases of the project
• Analyze and monitor progress against project plans to identify and address any potential delays or budget issues
• Ensure quality control and safety measures are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Experience in construction cost estimating
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
