Job Salary: $100-150k base + bonus + perks
Minimum Requirements:
1.)  5+ years of Commercial Construction Experience as a PM
2.)  3+ years minimum commercial interiors project experience

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
- Deliver projects on time, and under budget while meeting the highest level of client satisfaction and quality
- Proactively, and effectively communicate with clients and the project team
- Plan all technical and administrative aspects of mid-size construction projects ($1M $10M)
- Analyze project requirements, supervise activities related to contract administration, change orders, cost estimating, submittals, procurement, project schedule
- Coordinate and manage the bidding and proposal process
- Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions
- Monitor, maintain, and track project budgets and schedules
- Supervise project closeout, all related deliverables
