Responsibilities: Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines Implement systems to organize tools, vehicles, and equipment, and schedule maintenance for them if necessary Negotiate profitable agreements with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and contractors ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services
• Expertly scheduling and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Procuring all necessary materials, including paint and other supplies, to ensure seamless project execution
• Leading talented painters to ensure projects run smoothly and exceed expectations
