Initially this person will be hired on as a Full-Time W-2 employee of Actalent where you would receive an hourly wage, holiday pay, pto, Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision insurance), and 401k. After being an employee of Actalent for 12 -months, this person will have the option to transition to the construction firm as a direct employee or remain as a consultant.
