Design lead

Location: 100% on-site at office in Pell City, AL.

Pay Rate:

• Lead/Coordinator: $26-$31

Roles And Responsibilities

• Understanding of Construction Documents
• Use modeling best practices to produce accurate models
• Coordinate model with design teams and subcontractors.
• Review Navisworks coordination models.
• Perform clash detection ensure documents and Revit Models are coordinated.
• Participate in coordination meetings with BIM Lead

Industry Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in BIM/VDC design.
• If a lead, must have at least 7 years of experience in design utilizing both Navisworks and Revit.

• Office
• BlueBeam
• Autocad
• Revit
• Navisworks
• BIM 360 Glue
  
  

Desired Skills and Experience - Experience utilizing programs such as Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
- Recent experience reading and interpreting construction documents.
- Performing clash detection and knowledgeable on clash detection process.
- Must be comfortable leading lower-level technicians.
