About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Director, Software Development to lead and nurture one or more engineering teams within our Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) division. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead the development of core platforms and assets aimed at facilitating data-driven decisions to enhance the value we offer our customers at Audible. Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional project delivery across Audible and Amazon teams.
Champion development and operational excellence for our flagship solutions.
Mentor and support high-performing engineers, fostering their growth and expertise.
Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative software that engages our community and motivates our colleagues.
Manage all aspects of software development, including operational metrics and support for your team's software.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery performance and quality in an agile environment.
Take charge of 1-2 Scrum teams. About Audible:
