As a Discovery Paralegal Senior, you'll play a crucial role in providing professional, timely, and reliable support to various stakeholders, including the OGC-LITB, FBI operational and administrative divisions, field offices, and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Your responsibilities will revolve around legal document reviews and redactions, ensuring compliance with established FBI standards and leveraging commercial electronic document review platforms and tools. Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret customer requests effectively.
Conduct research and gather material in response to document requests, including outreach and informal interviews.
Assist in the preparation of declarations and scanning paper materials for digital storage.
Perform responsiveness reviews of both electronic and paper materials.
Conduct legal privilege reviews using designated document review platforms.
Apply deletion codes accurately to identify privileged information.
Review peer work for accuracy and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain meticulous records of assigned requests and prepare releases for customers.
Demonstrate professionalism and provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
Prioritize and schedule projects to meet objectives efficiently.
Represent the FBI in challenging situations and coordinate classification reviews.
Collaborate closely with discovery team members and serve as a consultant to government employees.
Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders regarding project statuses. Qualifications:
5-7 years of Paralegal experience.
3-5 years of Discovery/e-discovery experience.
2+ years of leading litigation projects.
Required PLS certificate / AA.
Active Top Secret clearance with SSBI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document review and file management systems.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Salary Range:
