```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and timelines of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control. ```Duties```
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
- Utilize software such as Quick Bid OST to create estimates
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Analyze project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget
- Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines
- Provide support to project teams during the bidding process

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Proficiency in software such as Quick Bid OST
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Familiarity with cost control methods and practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
