We are seeking a motivated Engineering-In-Training (EIT) to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our projects.
As our EIT you will be at the forefront of innovation, working alongside seasoned professionals to turn bold ideas into reality. Your day-to-day will be anything but ordinary, as you play a vital role in supporting the planning, design, and execution of a diverse range of projects. Under the mentorship of experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of vibrant and sustainable communities.
Your Responsibilities would include:
· Craft intricate designs using the latest CAD software, transforming concepts into detailed plans.
· Navigate a labyrinth of regulations, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of compliance.
· Collaborate with a diverse team of architects, planners, and contractors putting your problem-solving prowess to the test, tackling challenges with creativity and precision.
· Communicate with clients and stakeholders, forging lasting relationships built on trust and transparency.
· Analyze survey data, geotechnical reports, and environmental assessments to inform design decisions and mitigate risks.
· Assist in the review and approval of engineering plans specifications and construction documents.
· Conduct site inspections and provide support during the construction phase to address technical issues and ensure compliance with project requirements.
What you will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
· Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or eligibility to obtain EIT certification.
· Proficiency in CAD software, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Knowledge of land development principles, regulations, and industry standards is preferred but not required.
