Title: Executive Chauffeur 

Schedule:  Contracted to Full Time                      

Pay rate: $ $23/Hour (plus gratuity for trips paid by the hour and $50 and up for airport transfers)

The Kinder Group is looking for a neatly-presented chauffeur to join our company. The chauffeur's responsibilities include fetching clients, driving them to specified locations, and ensuring that the vehicle remains in excellent condition. You should also aid clients with the loading and unloading of their personal belongings. To be successful as our chauffeur, you should be able to resolve clients' queries and complaints promptly. Ultimately, an outstanding chauffeur will ensure that the vehicle remains furnished with items that might be of use to clients, and MUST look good in a suit.

Qualifications and Duties: 

• Must show Professionalism

• Punctual and consistent in attendance. 

• Maintain a calm composure and hold a polite tone when greeting clients.

• Good grooming and personal hygiene with a clean and proper dress as instructed. 

• Attentiveness to a customer's demands in terms of knowing when to offer advice,

communicate, and when to remain quiet.

• Must have great Communication skills.

• Communicates with everyone, clients, office staff, and contacts professionally (e.g., minimum use of colloquialisms, slang, etc.)

• Understands when to speak to customers, and when to understand when clients don't wish to talk. 

• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills. 

• Ability to take direction from the traveler, assistant, and others regarding travel plans.

• Ability to work during evenings on weekends and on public holidays as required. 

• Monitors and self-correct own work. 

• Is able to perform with "grace under fire" when stressful situations arise. 

• Accept constructive feedback graciously.

• Adhere to the kinder group policies as stated in the current employee handbook. 

( Exceeds expectations- Ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise and communicate/solve them without causing stress to the client.

 

Knowledge of Vehicle Operations

• Understands vehicle amenities and articulates to clients as necessary. 

• Always maintain the cleanliness of company-issued vehicles, ensuring the vehicle is always ready for service.

Required knowledge:

• Good anticipation, positional sense, and spatial awareness. 

• Expert knowledge of the ever-evolving Massport/Logan airport process, pick-up process, and parking. 

• Understands company technology and process trips as required.

Individual Attributes:

 

Chauffeur Requirements:

• Valid driver's license. 
• Commercial driver's license will be advantageous. 
• Licensed to transport passengers via automobile. 
• Proven experience as a chauffeur or taxi driver. 
• Acquainted with GPS software and local traffic reports.
• Knowledge of the Boston area, and surrounding counties
