Responsibilities

Summary :

Coordinates daily building maintenance and security badges. Assists facility leadership with completion of special projects, such as office moves, employee moves, and furniture installation and delivery under moderate supervision. Meets with building leaders daily to ensure all facility needs are met to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

+ Performs daily hands-on maintenance tasks and coordinates daily functions pertaining to building maintenance and security under moderate supervision.

+ Coordinates regular building inspections regarding cleaning, repairs and maintenance, including security equipment quality control

+ Coordinates minor projects with Building Services, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that business needs are met.

+ Assists manager with budget information, invoicing, maintenance requests, quotations, and follow-up.

+ Assists in planning and coordination of office construction, build-outs, and moves.

+ Performs or assists in special projects and events related to facilities.

+ May assume other duties as applied.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

+ Computer skills for automated security systems and mechanical systems

+ Ability to proactively respond in emergency situations

+ Strong communication skills

+ Strong people skills

+ Hand-on technical skills

+ Knowledge of building automated systems

Preferred Skills:

Physical Role Requirements : Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or

GED

Minimum Experience required : 1+ years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance

Other/State Specific

This role pays between $17.26 to $26.50, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
