Position Overview: As a Sales Representative Commercial, specializing in Building Services & Construction, you will play a pivotal role in promoting temporary solutions and services to various sectors including General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Mechanical Engineers, Facility Managers, and Restoration Specialists within the New York market. Your responsibilities will include cultivating and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients across Commercial sectors such as Construction, Contracting, Events, and Facility Management. What You'll Do: Cultivate a diverse commercial customer base through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Develop and execute an Annual Territory Sales Plan to drive revenue, profitability, and market growth.
Present pricing, contract terms, and product features to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical sales support for power, temperature, and HVAC applications.
Strive for continuous improvement and business growth through innovative strategies. Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience.
Strong knowledge of the targeted territory.
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
