Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Field Service Specialist. The position interfaces directly with customers and sales personnel to ensure all work scheduled is completed in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. Must be able to work nights weekends and holidays as well as being job ready and on call while on rotation. This position provides quality and professional customer service and support, all the while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance. The candidate for this role must demonstrate a team player attitude as well as a willingness to accept constructive guidance and feedback. The candidate must always maintain professionalism.

• Have acute situational awareness on working locations and workshop environments.
• Know the dangers and how to remediate them. (Filled out and signed JSA)
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of field service tickets (when applicable) and daily wellsite reports.
• Interface with customer(s) to provide product advice and determine customer needs and request.
• Relay accurate and timely information back to the field supervisor or management team.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
• Complete all vehicle maintenance in a timely manner.
• Ensure worksite/field location is kept clean, organized, and free of trash and debris.
• Must be able to explain all the following in detail, Welltesting, Flowback, Frac Ops.
• Must have the ability to explain the process of well testing

• Frac Assist Operations equipment and procedures.
• Must demonstrate the ability to complete and teach field maintenance on Flowback/Welltesting equipment, and ensure it is being completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must demonstrate the ability to complete and teach field maintenance on Frac Assist Operations equipment, and ensure it is being completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must have the ability to follow schematics, SOP’s, and RPs for repair and assembly.
• Must ensure all applicable reporting and billing documentation, both paper and electronic are completed in a timely manner.
• Must have the ability to lead the rig up and rig down of Flowback/Welltesting and Frac Assist Operations equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be able to operate and perform all the following job tasks, Well Testing, Flowback, Frac Assist.
• Physical demands include but are not limited to,
• Using hands and fingers
• Climbing ladders and stairs
• Kneeling, Bending, and crouching.
• Regularly lift 20lbs and on occasion 50lbs
• Work in all types of weather
• Maintain and wear required PPE.
• Hard Hat
• Safety Glasses (Day/Night)
• Steel Toe Boots (8” Lace Up)
• FR Coveralls
• H2S monitor.
• Any sight specific/Job specific equipment as needed.
• Perform JSA/JHA before every job/shift, Update as scope of work changes to safely manage any dangers that may arise during daily operations.
• Complete Observation/Intervention Reports (Stopping unsafe actions is obligatory)
• Complete Risk Identification Reports
• Responsible for the safety of self and coworkers, including the reporting of all work-related Injuries, Near miss’s, equipment damage, unsafe conditions, unsafe actions as soon as possible to the appropriate manager/supervisor.
• Experience assembling/disassembling equipment, installing equipment, or conducting maintenance on equipment.
• Experience operating Well Testing Equipment, Flowback Equipment, and Frac Assist Equipment
• Experience teaching Well Testing Operations, Flowback Operations, and Frac Assist Operations
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail when completing paperwork.
• Keep the paperwork clean.
• Must possess proactive and professional attitude and appearance.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  
• 6 years relevant oil filed experience.

Additional Requirements

• Rotation: 28 days on, 14 days off
• Valid driver’s license
  
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Equipments used: Torque equipment; Frac Valve Field Greasing equipment; Grease Manifolds; Grease Pumps; Grease Hoses; Mini Manifolds (Wands); Frac Valve operation and Field Maintenance; Frac Stacks (Tree); Zipper Manifolds; Isolation Valves
• Shift 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate/Salary

• $28.00 per hour and higher depending on experience
