Flex Security Guard- MUST BE LICENSED

Position Overview:
As a Flex Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing on-demand coverage to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This position offers a unique blend of flexibility and responsibility, allowing you to contribute to our team while accommodating your own schedule. Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to assigned part-time schedule ranging from 8 to 24 hours per week.
2. Be available for on-call duty for 2-3 days per week to cover call offs and unforeseen staffing needs.
3. Respond promptly and effectively to requests for coverage during on-call days.
4. Receive an additional compensation of one dollar per hour for all shifts worked during on-call days.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in all assignments.
6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless transition during coverage assignments. Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in security, customer service, or related fields preferred but not required.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work environments.
5. Reliability and willingness to be on-call during designated periods.
6. Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with composure and tact.

7. Utah State Unarmed Security Guard License (Required) Performance Expectations:
1. Meet attendance and punctuality requirements for both regular shifts and on-call duty.
2. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to fulfill coverage requests during on-call days.
3. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
4. Maintain professionalism and integrity while representing the organization.
5. Proactively communicate any issues or concerns regarding availability or scheduling conflicts. Note:
Failure to comply with on-call obligations, including turning down three requests for coverage during on-call days, may result in removal from the Flex Officer position and forfeiture of the additional compensation. In such cases, the employee will revert to their original part-time schedule at the standard pay rate.
