Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while working hands-on in the construction field. Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing job sites, transporting materials, working with carpenters, assisting in demolition and installation processes, and utilizing various tools and machinery to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of construction experience
• Ability to read tape measure
• Carpentry experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Residential construction experience

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ellington, Connecticut.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with potential overtime, depending on project completion times. You will be part of a small crew, typically comprising 2-3 members, focusing on tasks such as door installation or kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Crews meet at the shop and travel to various sites using company vehicles.
