General Manager | iFOAM | Scottsdale, AZ Starting Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (Salary + Uncapped Commission Opportunities, Based on Experience)

Daily Operations & Team Management:
  • Lead and provide daily support to both direct and indirect team members, encompassing training, coaching, and mentoring technicians. Offer expert technical guidance and foster customer relationships to ensure their needs are met.
  • Oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance while supervising high-performing teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the field, leading technicians, and supervising the work of both technicians and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical assistance through testing or troubleshooting installations and ensure compliance with local, county, state, or federal code requirements.
Customer Focus:
  • Cultivate a culture centered around prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues and complaints promptly, developing effective solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with relevant personnel regarding customer concerns and the status of their resolution to foster a customer-centric workplace.
Sound Financial Decision Making:
  • Take responsibility for budgeting, P&L, and setting KPIs for the team. This includes creating and managing the team's budget, analyzing the company's financial performance, and establishing key performance indicators to gauge the team's success.
  • Monitor the team's performance against these KPIs and take corrective action as needed to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to boost revenue and expand the company's customer base.
  • Network, establish, and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners, and identify new business opportunities through networking and industry events.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2+ years of technical experience in a commercial/construction setting
  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory or management experience in insulation or construction
  • Previous business development and operations experience
  • Valid state driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Extensive network within the construction industry
  • Vocational/Technical degree or relevant certifications
  • Project Management Certification
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (plus uncapped commission)
  • Anticipated First-Year Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000
