Job Description

Join our dynamic industrial team at Olsson, where we combine innovation with excellence in the industrial sector. • Maintain regular communication with group members to ensure awareness of initiatives, goals, and accountability.
  • Uphold a high client service orientation through consistent and effective client interactions.
  • Define training and mentoring standards to enhance staff technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other group leaders and senior team leaders to align goals and optimize team outputs.
  • Lead marketing and client development efforts for both repeat and new client engagements.

Qualifications

You are passionate about:

  • A minimum of eight years of related experience within an applicable field or discipline.
  • Must have at least four years of experience supervising technical personnel.
  • A desire to maintain industry recognition through community organizations.
  • The ability to develop and implement strategies for expansion of the team.
  • A proven record of identifying project opportunities and winning work.
