DC’s ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and expanding their knowledge in exterior home remodeling. The job is ideal for someone who holds him or herself to a high standard of professionalism and integrity, is eager to learn and quickly advance their skillset, and has a high desire for accomplishment. You will receive on-the-job training and education on all of our services and there is no previous experience needed to be successful in this role. You must be available to travel and meet customers all over the state of New Jersey. This includes accommodating customers’ schedules with varying hours of the day, Monday-Saturday.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Perform innovative and consultative in-home presentations from company provided leads as well as self-generated appointments
  

• Develop relationships with qualified prospective and existing customers. 
  

• Maximize your schedule through mastering different outbound marketing techniques such as, canvassing, attending event shows and fairs,social networking, and company outings and events.
  

• Attend weekly company, team, and development meetings
  

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
  

• Passionate, Self-motivated, and goal oriented
  

• Relentless at perfecting your craft. You want to be a student and continue to learn.
