HVAC Supervisor

Supervisor - HVAC Installation Location: * Denver, CO Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee HVAC installation, including material management and labor supervision, for assigned projects in the Denver, CO area. In this role, you will manage and supervise sub-contractors involved in multi-family HVAC construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for on-site jobs
• Communicate effectively with General Contractors (GC) and trade supervisors
• Oversee sub-contractor crews installing HVAC systems by planning and scheduling daily activities and providing timely information
• Ensure the quality of installation meets the highest standards
• Manage material releases, availability, and on-site presence as required
• Maintain project schedules and minimize potential back charges by proactively addressing issues
• Collaborate with Project Managers on potential Change Orders (COs)
• Uphold a safe and organized job site while promoting cleanliness
• Facilitate the layout of openings and mark apartment units for sub-contractors
• Review sub-contractor drawings
• Provide training to Assistant Supervisors when necessary

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including experience with Dropbox or similar construction document storage platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment with tight deadlines while maintaining composure

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• Proficiency in reading plans, drawings, and submittals

Desired Qualifications:

• Additional related HVAC experience
• Bilingual skills (preferred)
