The Opportunity

Williams Distributing, a member of Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Kitchen & Bath showroom Sales WMS position for our Branch Operations group located at our Kentwood, MI branch. The showroom coordinator provides administrative support for our Kitchen & Bath sales team and maintains the showroom. Strong customer service skills ensure a foundation to build relationships with our clientele. Duties may involve processing and managing incoming orders, handling daily banking information, assisting with sales, answering phones, working with customers, and other operational tasks.

May include:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with accounts and establish new accounts.
• Provide and present quality kitchen and bath drawings, measurements, and estimates according to the client’s expectations.
• Communicate and discuss measurements and designs with team to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and analyze past buying patterns of accounts
• Develop sales and design solutions for builders/homeowners as well as strategic pricing and project management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity; document the customer sales process
• Meet established sales goals and key business metrics.
• Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes and Company policies
• Perform additional tasks as required

Knowledge and Skills:

• Sales experience in construction, kitchen & bath, cabinetry, or relatable industry.
• Strong project management, organization, and ability to work within a team environment.
• Communication and listening skills
• 20/20 Design software experience, a plus.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. College education is preferred
