A high-level Mechanical & HVAC Company with a reputation for excellence in building is seeking an talented HVAC Technician to service and provide maintenance for Commercial and Residential units. Full benefits 40-70hr 401k Paid vacation Required: 5+ years of HVAC Service Experience Proficiency in screw and centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, VFDs, pumps and large school/hospital air systems is preferred but not required High School Diploma or greater. Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Must have strong skillset of commercial/residential HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding Must be proficient in multi OEM or Single OEM products Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers. Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must! Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
