Job Description An established company is looking for a Maintenance Manager, who can oversee existing residential and commercial properties in the Nashville area. This is hand-on position that will require knowledge and physical ability relating to construction and completing projects on time.


Looking for an individual with:

• Experience with drywall, painting and general property maintenance knowledge
• The ability to oversee renovations
• Knowledge of the construction process
• Who will be hands-on on projects, and complete them in a timely manner
