What You'll Do

• Collaborate with MetroStar's small but mighty Marketing team, to coordinate, conceptualize, write, and edit campaign assets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design world-class events that reflect MetroStar's unique culture.
• Identify and recommend new and innovative marketing campaigns that tie into MetroStar's growth strategy.

What you'll need to succeed:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Two years of marketing experience a fast-paced, start-up-type or agency atmosphere.
• Strong writing and editing experience with an unerring eye for grammar, punctuation, construction, consistency, and creativity.
• Experience researching and analyzing data and social media analytics with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Proven ability to support multiple ongoing projects without compromising on quality and strong attention to detail while being deadline oriented.
• Experience working with and interpreting technical content.
• Ability to work 2 days on-site in Reston, VA.
