• Must have a proven work history as a superintendent leading ground up multi-family projects $15M+
• Lead weekly construction coordination meetings for each project
• Reading and interpreting specifications and plans
• Examining and inspecting work progress and site
• Practical experience in the field
• Excellent people skills
