Job Headline: Office Manager
Jib Title: Office Manager
• Great Pay to $66,560 Immediate need for Office Manager seeking to work for a successful Construction Services office. This company offers competitive pay, medical and dental benefits and the opportunity to be a major player in the company with the ability to ensure that things run smoothly. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all accounting and HR functions
• Perform union new hire/rehire orientation and enter information in ADP
• Union personnel file and document maintenance
• Prepare Quarterly, Yearly, reports to the CPA
• Code all administrative invoices for accounts payable
• Maintain employee vacation, sick leave, and PTO
• Type letters, office memos for the President
• Travel arrangements/assist with registrations and trade shows events
• Domestic and International shipping documents
• Prepare all Domestic and International Sales documents
• Manage front desk including answering all calls, distribute mail
• Primary office vendor contact (Janitorial, plants, copiers, supplies, water, etc.)
• Purchaser of supplies for office and shop
• General housekeeping and office organization expected
• Must be self-started and work independently, reliable, friendly, and able to make long-term commitment
• Maintain security access system
• Perform notary services
• Primary liaison for outside IT consultant and employees
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings with IT consultant
• Equipment purchase, set-up
• Manage staff network and equipment on-boarding/off-boarding process
• Manage all office equipment (postage meter, copiers, etc.)
• Board meeting coordination and maintenance of corporate governance software
• Assist with annual employee ownership plan-year initiatives
• Approve non-union timesheets and PTO requests for assigned group
• Manage subscription/membership renewals Skills and Experience: • 8+ years of office management, IT, and executive support
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Peachtree Great benefits. Don't miss out!
