Operations Project Manager

We're looking for a passionate Operations Project Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key role in driving successful project execution, from planning and implementation to tracking and reporting. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet deadlines. Here's what you'll do:
Lead the planning and execution of network operations projects, ensuring they meet defined goals and constraints.
Work collaboratively with internal resources and external partners to manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for clear communication and reference.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies for mitigation.
Present project plans, progress reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Continuously improve project management practices based on lessons learned.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. You'll be a great fit if you have:
A bachelor's degree in telecommunications, operations leadership, business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
Strong technical skills, preferably in telecommunications or engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheets preferred). Bonus points for:
Deep understanding of fiber technology, engineering, construction, installation, and network monitoring.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Degree.
