The Production Team Leader will be responsible for safety, standards adherence, accountability, and the execution of operation and maintenance strategies and plans across multiple production areas on one shift. Ensures proper documentation and response to all safety related incidents. Champions adherence to TPM standards and coaches TPM activities for all shift teams. Develops and coaches shift leads to ensure execution against standards, work processes, staffing strategies, and maintenance strategies by area. Serves as shift liaison to be point contact to provide information and training to members of their shift team.

What You Will Do:
Ensure safe work practices at all times
Support a team-based environment with engagement and communication at the forefront
Audit and maintain Autonomous Maintenance Standards and SOP compliance
Create daily staffing schedules to optimize the operation including overtime needs
Support new Team Member onboarding and qualification
Continuously coach Team Members
Build Team Member capability by coaching and managing individual development
Implement new standards, procedures, and initiatives
Monitor key metrics for shift and solve operational line calls
Ensure accurate payroll accounting and vacation approving
Support continuous improvement through building the capability of Team Members and executing projects
Establish constructive relationships with other key departments: maintenance, engineering, quality, etc.
Expand and grow personal capability
Embody the Ecolab Leadership Model

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Experience in production supervision or quality control
No immigration sponsorship available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
World Class manufacturing and TPM experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint)
Excellent problem-solving skills
