Project Manager - Residential Construction

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Rockville, MD
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationship with Customer Service to resolve issues
• Conduct pre-construction meeting with homeowners to review contract, options, schedule, etc.
• Establish and maintain construction site budgets; ensure budget compliance
• Ensure that sub-contractor work quality and performance adhere to Company policies
• Review and approve site area figures
• Develop accurate and timely settlement reporting
• Provide training to Superintendents to develop and foster career advancement
• Obtain all governmental and local jurisdiction required inspections
• Develop and communicate home construction schedule to sub-contractors
• Maintain job site and model home safety and cleanliness
• Manages construction in multiple home construction sites with 15-30 homes under construction

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Prior experience in supervising or assisting new home construction projects. 
• Bachelors degree in construction management or similar is preferred but not required.
• 2+ years experience in the construction industry as a project manager.
• Ability to coordinate performance action plans.
